The Head of Research will oversee the Japan Equities research process, provide investment recommendations, conduct industry research, and ensure effective communication between analysts and portfolio managers.

Conduct quantitative and market-microstructure research to support trading and execution. Analyze financial data, apply econometrics and machine learning, perform pre/post-trade analysis, recalibrate models, and collaborate with trading, analytics and investment teams globally.

Lead and oversee the Private Credit research agenda, mentor a team, engage with clients and media, and provide product leadership in private credit.
